IVEN created the all infrastructure of the cloud system while allowing the devices to be connected through the IoT communication modules.
Teknoklima was unable to collect and store data instantly and unable to follow its devices from different screens remotely. Also, incorrect failure notification to its after-sales services was affecting the efficiency of operations.
